This petition was heard yesterday and it was kept today for learned counsel for petitioners to take instructions as the conduct of the petitioner of repeated challenging the same order was an abuse

dyb 2 WP12946-18dt 30-11-2018 of process of law. Learned counsel for petitioners states that the petitioners are present in the Court and they have tendered apology for filing of this petition. An affidavit tendering apology has also been filed. Learned counsel, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The affidavit is taken on record. The petitioners are put to notice that if such conduct is repeated in future, it would be taken as aggravated abuse.
