The present application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the non applicant No. 3 pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 10989 of 2015. 2.

Mrs. Kutti, the learned counsel for the non applicant No. 3 opposes the application and submits that, the order which is sought to be implemented by the applicants is assailed by the present non applicant No. 3 before this Court.

The amount directed to be deposited by the non applicant is only 50% of the amount awarded.

Considering the above, we pass following order. 5.

The applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount deposited on submitting undertaking to this Court that, in the event the applicants are directed to deposit the amount, they shall deposit the same within a period of one (01) month. The civil application is disposed of. No costs.
