The prayer made in the writ petition would not survive in view of the affidavit filed by the respondents. The Regional Dy. Director of Textile Department has filed affidavit along with letter dt. 06.12.2018, wherein it is stated that, the inquiry has been commenced from 04.12.2018 and it is further stated that the work of the inquiry would be completed on priority basis and the inquiry report would also be submitted.

As the statement is already made that the inquiry would be conducted on priority basis, no further orders are necessary. The statement made is accepted.
