Petitioner who has been transferred from unaided division to the aided division by respondent no. 3 / Management is awaiting approval to his such transfer.

Earlier by the order dated 04 September 2020, respondent no. 2 - Education Officer (Secondary), has refused to grant approval. That order was quashed and set aside in Writ Petition No. 6470/2020 by the order dated 22 September 2020 and he was directed to consider and decide the proposal afresh in tune with the judgment dated 04 July 2019 in Writ petition No. 1493/2018 within four months.

By the communication dated 29 September 2020, the Headmaster of the School, which is being run by respondent no. 3

forwarded a fresh proposal which is still pending with respondent no. 2.

Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent no.2 to consider and decide the proposal (exhibit 'H') dated 29 September 2020 on its own merits as expeditiously as possible and in tune with the directions in Writ Petition No. 6470/2020 as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four weeks.
