The petitioner assails the letter directing absorption. According to the petitioner, there are already Assistant Teachers and the employees working on the posts on which surplus teachers have been sent. According to learned Addl.G.P., the proposals of these persons are rejected. The persons those were transferred to aided posts were earlier appointed on unaided posts which were not sanctioned nor any vacancy existed on unaided posts at the time of their appointment.

It is submitted by Mr. Undre, learned Advocate for the petitioner that some of the persons whose approval is rejected, have filed writ petition. There 1/2

case would be considered in the said writ petition. 3.

Considering the above, the reliefs claimed in the present writ petition cannot be considered on merits. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. 4.

In case, the proposals for approval are pending, the Education Officer shall dispose of the same on their own merits, expeditiously.
