Heard rival submissions. The learned Counsel for the Acquiring Body, despite appearance, remained absent. 2.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of entire amount of compensation. However, this Court in other connected matters vide order dated 1st April 2022, has already allowed the applicants therein to withdraw 50% of the amount of compensation. In view of the same, the applicants herein are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount of compensation alongwith the accrued interest thereon by furnishing usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
