The State of Maharashtra in Writ Petition No.4904 of 2014, decided on 22nd December, 2014. Upon considering the facts involved in the present case, those appears to be similar to the facts in Writ Petition No.4904/2014. 2] In that view of the matter, for the same reasons, which are assigned in the order dated 22nd December, 2014 in Writ Petition No.4904/2014, we dispose of the Writ Petition, with direction to the respondent that, the candidature of the petitioner shall not be rejected only on
