The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his objection and acceptance of nomination of the contesting respondent No.5 during the elections to a Co-operative Society.

This Court has consistently taken a view that all the objections can be raised and got decided in an Election Petition once the process of election has commenced. Keeping open that avenue to the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed.
