Civil Application No.4841 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased original petitioner Madhusudan Bankatlal Jaiswal and condonation of delay of 93 days caused in filing the application. As there is no serious objection for the same, the application is allowed and disposed of.

Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of four weeks.

Civil Application No.14188 of 2022 is filed by the tenant for deposit of the rent amount. The learned Counel submits that, the tenant has been depositing the rent continuously before the Trial Court

CA 4841-2023 and the Appellate Court. The learned Advocate appearing for the landlord has objected for deposit of rent amount in this Court. 4.

The tenant is permitted to deposit rent amount before this Court subject to the right accrued to the landlord on non payment of rent by the tenant if any. The civil application is allowed and disposed of.
