Mr. Ubale h/f Mr. Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that salaries are stopped from April 2014. The respondents be directed to pay the same. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, at the time of seeking appointment he had not suppressed his age however, when petitioner was appointed he was minor. The petitioner is ready to forgo his salary till he attains the age of majority. 2.

Affidavit is filed by the respondent wherein it is stated that Deputy Director of Education has recommended to the Director of Education to grant approval to the services of the petitioner form the date of attaining age of majority. 3.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner would be retiring in December, 2015. The

WP 11294.2014.odt petitioner has also made a statement that he would forgo the salary during the period of his minority. In light of the above, and in view of the affidavit filed, we pass following order.

O R D E R

I] The Director of Education shall take decision on the recommendation of the Deputy Director of Education dated 24.4.2015 (Exh.R-2) expeditiously and preferably within three months from today.

ii] On decision being taken, the payment, if any, shall be made to the petitioner immediately within one month from the decision.
