Smt. Dube, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 to 4 submits that respondent No. 5 offered alternate land to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 as the land earlier offered was under litigation when the petitioner and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have accepted the alternate land offered by respondent No. 5.

In light of the statement made, the petitioner now can not have any locus to make grievance.
