During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the revision application.

Even otherwise, it is found that the procedural law of section 148 of the Code of Civil Procedure is strictly not followed. Since it is a procedural law, there is no need to interfere in the order. In the circumstances, the following order:-

Civil Revision Application is dismissed as withdrawn as well as on merit for the reasons as stated above without any order as to costs.
