In view of the subsequent events occurred after filing of this Petition, the Petition has become infructuous, in as much as, the petitioner has retired on attaining the age of superannuation on 31st January, 2016. Needless to observe that, for the period for which the petitioner has worked/holding the charge of the Headmaster, he will be entitled for the said benefits, if any, available.
