On 9th January, 2025, learned counsel for the applicants had sought time to take instructions for withdrawal of the application to the extent of applicant nos. 1 and 2, when this Court has shown its disinclination to grant relief to applicant nos.1 and 2. 2.

Today, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application qua applicant nos.1 and 2. Hence, application is dismissed to the extent of applicant nos.1 and 2. 3.

Application of applicant no.3 is allowed in following terms as observed in order dated 09/01/2025.

ORDER

(i) In event of arrest of applicant no. 3 Dhanashri @ Ashwini Rambhau Nirmal in connection with Crime No. 926.aba1810.24.odt

507/2024, registered with Jintur Police Station, Dist. Parbhani for the offence punishable under Sections 304-B, 498-A, 504, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, she shall be released on bail on furnishing PR Bond of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with one solvent surety in the like amount.

(ii) She shall attend the concerned police station as and when called.

(iii) She shall not contact the witnesses directly or indirectly.

(iv) She shall not interfere with the evidence in any manner whatsoever.

(v) She is further directed to cooperate the investigating agency for further investigation.
