Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for applicant submits that this Court while passing an order under review has observed that the applicant participated in the selection process of the year 2015. The applicant had never participated in the selection process of the year 2015. The applicant had participated in the selection process of the year 2007 and his contention was that he was illegally not selected. There is an error apparent on face of record.

We have heard the learned counsel for non-applicants. 3.

While passing an order under review, we have considered that

2 925-RA31909-19.odt the applicant was challenging the selection process of the year 2007. Though in paragraph no. 4 of the order, it is mentioned as selection process is of the year 2013. The fact remains that the applicant was challenging the selection process of the year 2007 in the year 2018. In the midst the selection process was also resorted to by the respondent No. 2 in the year 2015. After long slumber the applicant has approached the Court. We have considered the said aspect also. 4.
