Delay of 59 days is caused in filing this Civil Application seeking restoration of the Writ Petition, which was refused registration by the learned Registrar (Judicial) for nonremoval of office objections. 2.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent No.1 has filed the affidavit-in-reply and has contended that, no purpose would be served if this Civil Application is allowed and the Writ Petition is registered. According to him, the delay is unexplained and inordinate.

Having considered the submissions and having perused the reasons cited, the delay of 59 days is not too large. This Civil Application is, therefore, allowed. Delay is condoned. All office objections in the Writ Petition shall be removed on or before 11/01/2024, failing which, this order shall stand recalled on 12/01/2024 and the Writ Petition would remain dismissed.
