Heard learned counsel for applicants and the Insurance Company.

Learned counsel for Insurance Company has no objection if the permission is granted to withdraw the entire compensation amount.

Accordingly, permission is granted to withdraw the proportionate compensation amount of the share of the applicant Nos. 5 and 6, with proportionate interest thereon, subject to the filing of the written

ca14044.17 undertaking before this Court, within eight weeks, from the date of this order, to deposit the withdrawn amount as and when directed by this Court.

Compensation amount of the share of applicant Nos. 2, 3 and 4 shall be invested in fixed deposit in any Nationalized Bank through the Claimant Sonabai w/o Laxman Dudhe till the minor attains the majority.

5.

Compensation amount of the share of the Claimant Rekha w/o Suresh Dudhe shall be invested in fixed deposit and after final disposal of this appeal the same shall be paid to the Claimant Nos. 2, 3 and 4.

6.

Quarterly accrued interest on fixed deposit amount shall be paid to the Claimant No. 6, Sonabai w/o Laxman Dhdhe, till the minor claimants attains the majority.

7.

Civil Application is disposed of.
