The civil application is filed for withdrawal of deposited amount. This Court has already granted liberty to the respondent in petition to withdraw the amount. Accordingly, the civil application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the entire deposited amount with accrued interest thereon.

This amount be directly transmitted to the bank account of the applicant.
