It appears that the applicant accused was on bail during trial. In that view of the matter, substantive part of sentence, passed by learned Sessions Judge, Parbhani, dated 19.10.2016, in Special Case (ACB) No. 2 of 2014, thereby sentencing the applicant to suffer R.I. for 4 years and to pay fine of Rs.3000/- in default R.I. for 3 months, for the offence punishable under Section 7 of Prevention of Corruption Act 1988 and further sentencing him to suffer R.I. for 4 years and to pay fine of Rs.3000/- i/d R.I. for 3 months for the offence punishable under Section 13(1) (d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, stands suspended till disposal of accompanying criminal

cran5997.16 -2appeal and till then the applicant-accused Sudarshan Baburao Khande, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.20,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount. Bail before the trial court. Humdast allowed.
