We have heard the learned Counsel for respective parties. 2.

Mr. Dighe, the learned Asst. Government Pleader for the respondents, submits that he has received communication from the Deputy Regional Transport Officer, Ahmednagar, that the petitioner may remain present on 6th February 2016, through its authorized representative with relevant identity card and on 6th February 2016, original documents of the vehicle will be given to the petitioner's authorized representative. 3.

In view of the said statement, we dispose of the petition with direction that the respondent / authority, as agreed by it, shall hand over original documents along with permit of the vehicle, in question, to the petitioner's authorized representative.

It is made clear that the parties are at liberty to take further steps as permissible in law.

With the above observations and directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
