Learned counsel for the parties refer to that the parties have settled the matter amicably outside the court, and have appeared before the court as per term no. 4 of the compromise deed (Tadjod Patra).

Learned counsel further refer to that the terms have
378.2013SA.odt been explained by them to their respective clients and clients have accepted the terms and that those are not unlawful and forbidden by law and are proper. 4.
Learned counsel further state that respective clients are present in the court and they identify them. Learned counsel further state that the terms of compromise are accepted as appearing in the compromise (Tadjod Patra) by the parties and request that second appeal be disposed of in terms of compromise.

In view of aforesaid, Second Appeal stands disposed of in terms of compromise.

In view of disposal of second appeal, all civil applications also stand disposed of.
