DATE : 12th July, 2017 ORAL ORDER The petitioner/tenant has tendered an undertaking that he shall vacate the suit premises within six months from today. 2.
Having regard to the claim of tenancy, it will be proper, in my opinion, to grant the period of 6 (six) months to the petitioner to vacate the suit premises from today.

The petitioner shall handover vacant, peaceful possession of the suit premises without damaging the suit property. She shall also continue to pay regular rent for the said period. A single default will entail the landlord / respondent to execute the decree. 4.
As such, application stands disposed of in terms of the undertaking and the above observations.
