The grievance of the petitioner is that the revenue recovery certificate is issued to the petitioner against respondent no.4 for recovery of gratuity amount, but no steps are undertaken by respondent nos.2 and 3.

The petitioner may point out the properties of respondent no.4 to the respondent no.2 and / or 3. The respondent / competent authority shall take steps to recover the amount as per the revenue recovery certificate in favour of the petitioner, of course, subject to priority charge. The steps shall be undertaken preferably within four months. The petitioner may co-operate to demonstrate movable properties of respondent no.4.
