By way of this application, the applicant seeks permission to bring on record legal heirs of deceased respondent no.41-Sitabai @ Nadarbai w/o Shankar Bhorade and 42 - Shankar s/o Vinayak Bhorade. Copy of the death certificates are annexed. Notice of this application is served upon the proposed L.Rs.

Consequently, considering the reasons as stated in the application and submissions advanced, the case is made out to grant the application. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "B" and "C". Civil application stands disposed off.

Amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks.
