The petitioner has been subjected to disciplinary action under the M.C.S. (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1979. The petitioner had approached the learned Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal for challenging the enquiry in OA No.584/2018. By order dated 29.10.2018, the OA was disposed off by the Tribunal and the enquiry was directed to be completed. The enquiry has now been concluded and an order of punishment has been passed against the petitioner. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. Since the khs/Dec.2022/12214
