The petitioner is exploring possibility of admission to the professional course. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding is pending since March 2019 with the Committee.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, the matter of the petitioner is pending at the stage of vigilance. 3.

Considering the fact that, the petitioner is exploring possibility for admission to the professional course and the matter is pending since March 2019 with the Committee, the Committee, if, it is possible shall endeavour to decide the proceeding by 19th December, 2021 on its own merits, in

2 wp 13778.21 accordance with law. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 13.12.2021.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
