Learned A.G.P. has placed on record copy of the letter dated 18.07.2025 addressed by the Director of OBC Welfare Department to the Secretary of the concerned department seeking funds for releasing it to the petitioner. The said letter is marked 'X' for identification purpose. He submits that on receipt of funds from the government, the same will be disbursed to the petitioner.
