Mr Gawali, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of petitioners, upon instructions, makes a motion for withdrawal of the petition, with liberty to question the decision of the authority in discarding the names of petitioners from the record, in regard to property Gat Nos.18 and 36 at Mauja Aapdhoop, Taluka Parner, Dist. Ahmednagar as cultivator, before the competent civil court.
