The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 26.9.2016, pursuant to which, he has been declared surplus and he has been accommodated for the time being at a Primary School at Ardhapur. 2.

Issue is as regards the seniority of the petitioner and his grievance that some junior teachers have been treated preferentially overlooking his seniority 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner on instructions, submits that the petitioner desires to withdraw this petition and assail his grievance about his seniority being overlooked, by preferring a proceeding before the Divisional Commissioner.
