The petitioner claims to be feeding mother. Application has been given to the Chief Executive Ofcer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar (Page-29) with regard to the grievance of transfer.

Mr. Patil, learned counsel appears for the Zilla Parishad. 3.

In case the application is fled by the petitioner (Page 29) and the same is pending with the Chief Executive Ofcer, Zilla Parishad, Ahmednagar, then the Chief Executive Ofcer, shall decide the said application, preferably within 15 days, on its own merits. The Chief Executive Ofcer may consider all the relevant aspects of the matter including the ground put forth by the petitioner of feeding mother. 4.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
