We have perused the contents of the civil application, seeking condonation of 67 days and we have considered the submissions of the learned A.G.P.

For the reasons set out in the application, we are of the view that, the delay can be condoned, as it does not appear to be either deliberate or inordinate.

In view of the above, this civil application is allowed.

The review application shall be registered, subject to removal of all office objections, on or before 03/10/2022, failing which, the review application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court, on 04/10/2022.
