In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. We expect Respondent No.2 to deal with the individual proposals of these Petitioners on their own merits by scrutinizing and verifying the records.

Let an order be passed on each of these proposals within sixty [60] days. In the event of any deficiencies, the authority would point out the deficiencies to the management and it would be the responsibility of the management to remove the deficiencies and submit the proposal.
