The Petitioner, a Teacher, is posted at a place which is around 91 kms away from her husband. Her husband is an Agricultural Assistant. Her representation dated 25.09.2023 is pending before the Education Officer. 2.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with liberty to the Petitioner to make a representation to the C.E.O., Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad. If there is no location with a vacancy available which can accommodate the Petitioner, without disturbing any other employee and if this exercise is feasible, the C.E.O. may consider the representation within 45 days. 3.
