Learned A.G.P. and Addl. G. P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 in respective petitions. Mr. Jadhavar, learned Counsel waives notice for respondent No. 3 in all petitions.

The grievance of the petitioners is that though the order of reversion is set aside by the Commissioner, the Chief Executive Officer is not implementing the said order.

The petitioners have also filed applications with the Chief Executive Officer for implementing the order of the Additional Commissioner. 4.

We have heard learned Counsel for respondent No. 3 and learned AGP and learned Addl. G. P. in respective matters. 5.

The Chief Executive Officer is bound by the orders passed by the appellate authority, unless there is some impediment. The petitioners have already filed applications for implementing the order of the Commissioner. 6.

The Chief Executive Officer shall take decision upon these applications expeditiously and preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from today. 7.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
