PER COURT :- 1.

The applicant prays for condonation of delay of (532) days in preferring this Civil Application seeking to set aside the order of the Registrar (Judicial), dated 13.6.2012, by which the registration was refused on account of non-removal of office objections. 2.

For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. Delay stands condoned, subject to costs of Rs.1000/-, to be deposited with the Advocates Association's Bar Library, High Court, Aurangabad within a week. Order of the Registrar (Judicial) stands set aside with a direction to the applicant to remove all office objections within a period of two weeks from today. On depositing costs and removing office objections, the Second Appeal be registered.

In the event, the above directions are not complied with, this order shall stand recalled and the order of the Registrar (Judicial), subject matter of this Civil Application, shall stand restored. ( RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J. ) ...
