PER COURT :- 1) The petitioner is praying for issuance of directions to Respondents to deposit an amount of compensation in Execution proceedings initiated in pursuance to presentation of Regular Darkhast No.18/2010, within specified period.

2) An affidavit in reply has been presented on behalf of State Government, wherein it is stated that the amount of compensation has already been deposited in Civil Court, and as such, the grievances raised by the petitioner in the instant petition, do not survive.
