This contempt petition was disposed of on 20.09.2025 by observing that, petitioner disputes the payment of Rs. 1,51,200/-. Learned advocate for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the calculations of the said amount made by the Education Officer. 2.

In this view of the matter, para 4 be inserted in the said order as follows:

"4.

If the petitioner is aggrieved by the calculation made by the Education Officer, he is at liberty to challenge it by adopting appropriate legal remedy." Bhagyawant Punde
