ORDER:

Mr D. B. Pawar, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the appeal is filed by the petitioner u/s 6 of Hyderabad Atiyat Enquiries Act on 18.02.2015, the same is not yet decided. 2.

Mr Pulkundwar, the learned AGP, on instructions, states that the appeal filed by the petitioner is still pending. The report was called from the Tahsildar earlier. As the same is received, the authority would decide the appeal of the petitioner in accordance with law.

Considering the above, the authority where the appeal of the petitioner is pending shall decide the same in accordance with law, expeditiously, after hearing all the parties concerned, preferably within six months.
