In para 3 of the said order, the words "compensation amount to the extent of 50% on furnishing undertaking" be replaced with the words, "compensation amount to the extent of 75%, out of that 50% on furnishing undertaking and 25% on furnishing Solvent Security / Solvent Surety."

In para 4 of the said order, after the word "thereupon", the words "on furnishing solvent security / solvent surety" be added. 5.

The motion is allowed in above terms and disposed off accordingly.
