This motion is filed for speaking to minutes of the orders dated 03-12-2024 and 09-12-2024 passed in Civil Application No.12971 of 2024.

It is pointed out that inadvertently name of legal representative no.1 of the original applicant was typed as "Sunita Shantappa Badole" in the application and therefore, the same has appeared in above said orders. However, her correct name is "Sunita Sanjay Badole" and the same needs to be corrected in the application as well as in above said orders.

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // {2} CA 12971 OF 2024 3.

In view of above, permission is granted to make necessary amendment/correction in the title clause of application. Apart from this, the name of legal representative no.1 of the original applicant be read as "Sunita Sanjay Badole" instead of "Sunita Shantappa Badole" in the orders dated 03-12-2024 and 09-12-2024. 4.

Accordingly, motion is disposed of.
