This Court under order dated 06.10.2021 in Contempt Petition No.72/2020 had issued bailable warrant to the applicant. We were constrained to issue bailable warrant, as in spite of service of notice, the applicant did not appear. For the reasons given, the order of this Court also complied with. We accept the unconditional apology tendered by the applicant.

In light of the above, order dated 06.10.2021 in Contempt Petition No.72/2020 issuing bailable warrant against the applicant is recalled.
