Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The petitioner has moved an application to respondent No.3 - Education OfÏcer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Jalgaon, for deciding the seniority. The application is recently filed in 2024, and immediately thereafter, the petitioner approached to this Court seeking direction to decide the matter expeditiously. 3.

Considering the period from the date of filing application, the authority should take some breathing time, because the authorities are heavily burdened with other works. The way in which the petitioner is seeking relief is not appealable. Let the authority take a reasonable time to decide the matter. 4.

In view thereof, we dismiss the writ petition without any order.
