This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to respondent no.02 - Education Officer (Secondary) to take decision on the proposal tendered by respondent no.03 - institution, seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from today and it is directed accordingly.

Until decision on the proposal, no coercive action be taken against the petitioner.

03.

With the directions, as above, the writ petition is disposed of.
