Heard the learned Advocate representing the petitioners. The petitioners are challenging the orders dated 07/07/2022 and 30/12/2022, and the consequential notices dated 03/05/2023 and 19/06/2023.

The learned AGP opposes the petition on the ground of alternate

911 WP 13061-2023 remedy of appeal is available to the petitioners. 3.

In view of the submissions made by the learned AGP, the learned Advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petitions with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Appellate Authority to challenge the impugned order. 4.

In the event, the petitioners approach to the Appellate Authority, the Appellate Authority to decide the same including interim application on such terms and conditions as the authority deem it appropriate. The authority to consider the application for release of vehicle within a period of seven days from the date of presentation of application.
