This application is filed for anticipatory bail. Both the sides are heard. This Court has perused the papers of investigation. The original complainant Firoz Khan S/o Khan Isaq Khan has filed affidavit which is to the effect that they have settled the dispute out of the Court and he has no objection to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. There was dispute in respect of sale of one four wheeler. Allegations are made that the present applicant had forcibly taken the four wheeler. In view of the nature of dispute and further development this Court

-:(2):- holds that protection needs to be given in favour of the Applicants.

The application is allowed. The interim relief granted by this Court is confirmed.

The applicants to attend the concerned police station on every Sunday between 09.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon for the period of one month from today.
