Heard the learned counsel for the Applicants and the learned counsel for the non-applicants.

By both these Applications, the Applicants prayed for condonation of delay caused while filing the application for

(( 2 )) 936(A)-CA-13437, 12438-24 bringing the legal heirs of deceased Appellant No.1 (Dadarao Bhimrao Patil who died on 01.01.2018) and Appellant No.6 (Pandurang Govindrao Tugave, who died on 22.08.2023), on record. 3.

Considering the averments made in the Applications, the delay, if any, caused while lodging the Application, the same are condoned.

The legal heirs of Appellant Nos. 1 and 6 be brought on record on or before 21.03.2025, subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- each, to be deposited in the account of 'Creche / Day Care Centre', Advocates' Association of Bombay High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.

Accordingly, the abatement is quashed and set aside. On production of receipt in the office, the Appellants to carry out necessary amendment on or before 21.03.2025.

The Civil Applications are disposed of.
