The petitioners claim to have belonged to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe. Their Tribe Certificates have been invalidated by Respondent No.2-Committee. Therefore, they are before us. 3.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submits that two real sisters of the petitioners and other three blood relations hold validity certificates. The real sisters have been granted validity certificates in view of directions issued by this Court in Writ Petition No.9720 of 2024. We have therefore no option but to adopt similar course of action. Hence, the following order :- :: ORDER ::

i.

The Writ Petition is partly allowed.

ii.

The impugned order is quashed and set aside.

Respondent No.2-Committee shall immediately issue tribe validity certificate to the petitioner as belonging to 'Koli Mahadev', Scheduled Tribe. The validity shall be co-terminus with the validities of earlier validity holders.

iv.

The petitioner shall not claim equity.
