The girl has been produced before us. We have interacted with her in Chamber in presence of her Advocate, learned APP as well as the learned Advocate for the petitioner. Taking into consideration the scope of the petition, we would only like to mention here that the girl is major and she says that she is staying with her parents as per her own wish. Under the said circumstance, no question is made out for granting custody to the petitioner/husband, as he claims. Needless to mention that when the girl is produced in view of notice issued to respondent No.4 and at the cost of repetition when she states that nobody has [1]
