Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of the Court to order passed by this Court dated 7th October, 2024 in Petition No. 11034/2024, whereby the order proceeding ex-parte against other respondents in Application/ Inquiry No. 4/2024 came to be set aside and they were permitted to participate in the said proceeding. He, therefore, seeks similar order.

Though learned counsel for the respondents opposed the petition, however, he could not dispute the fact about order passed by this Court as referred above.

In view of the above, petition stands allowed. Impugned order is set aside. The petitioner is permitted to appear before the Joint Charity Commissioner on the next date of hearing.
