"This writ petition was listed before this Court for hearing on 12.03.2018 and 14.03.2018, when none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Thereafter, this writ petition was listed on 09.04.2018, when a request was made on behalf of the petitioner for adjournment, due to which this petition stood adjourned to 11.06.2018. Thereafter, the writ petition was listed on 11.06.2018 and again it was adjourned on the

WP_70_2018 basis of a request for adjournment made by the counsel for the petitioner. In this backdrop, it is directed that the writ petition be listed for hearing on 14.09.2018, as a matter of last chance."

Even today when writ petition was called out twice, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed for default.
